Mayor Signs Executive Directive NO. 19 – Planning and Developing Housing and Transportation

On March 9, Mayor Eric Garcetti signed Executive Directive No. 19 in response to an expressed unwarrented lack of trust and concern about transparency by some parties. The directive bans ex-parte communications between city planning commissioners and developers.
