Partnership Program

BIA Riverside's Partnership Program was originally conceived by the Riverside Chapter in 1997. Contact the BIA/RC office at (951) 781-7310 to find out how you can be a part of the program that gives back!

HOW IT WORKS

Whether at $7,500.00 or $500, participants get the same year-round exposure and recognition, albeit within their individual sponsor category level.  After the funds are deposited, the Chapter holds one-half of each sponsor level amount in a prepaid account, which as the year progresses, is drawn down depending on the event you choose to attend.

As such, members essentially prepay their annual cost of attending our events, be they golf tournaments, general membership meetings and/or seminars.

**As an added bonus, we are allowing these funds to also be used at our annual Board Installation Dinner Party.

All of our Program participants are listed sponsors at all of our events.

For those members who wish to participate at the $1,500, $3,00.00, $5,000.00 & $7,500.00 levels, we gladly accommodate quarterly installments.

Members who wish to participate at higher levels can contact Michelle for further information.

Please call us with questions or if you wish, send this form with your choice to Michelle Peterson, Financial Administrator or fax to (951) 781-0509.  Thank you!

WHY YOU SHOULD CONTRIBUTE?

Riverside County builds over 25% of all housing in California! As your primary trade advocacy association, your support protects your business in turn.  In 2007, BIA-Riverside, the second largest Chapter under the BIA of Southern California umbrella, has increased their membership by over 100 new members making us the largest growing chapter in Southern California. BIA-Riverside now represents well over 700 member companies comprised of both builders and associates.

Finally, the Partnership Program was created to better serve your financial investment in the Chapter.  We hope that those who were with us in 2007 enjoyed the benefits of this Program and will step up to the next level.
